Care Homes play a key role in our society – a fact highlighted even more over the past two years of the pandemic.

I was delighted to join the team at York House Care Home in Dereham (part of the Black Swan group) to see first-hand how the team manage day to day responsibilities and have a catch up with the residents.

It was very evident to see that the staff want their residents to feel like this is a “Home from Home”, and to be comfortable and most importantly happy.
