Perhaps as a sign of the times, there is sometimes a sense of dis-engagement around the church’s influence and the part it can play in bringing the community together.

That’s why I was so pleased to see well over 200 people pack into Wymondham Abbey recently for the ceremony to unveil the Foundation Stone for the long awaited improvements to this magnificent building. Everyone I spoke to feels a deep attachment for this magnificent building which is the focal point of some many different community activities in Wymondham.
