Today’s Coroner’s judgement on the Ofsted inspection process is a shocking indictment of a process which multiple schools in my Mid Norfolk constituency have reported – and which I have raised on their behalf with DfE ministers and officials.

Of course we need robust inspections but something has clearly gone badly wrong and reform is needed.
