Norfolk MPs back Norfolk’s Broadband bid

Norfolk MPs make the case for investment in high speed Broadband for the whole county. Submitting an official letter approved by all the MPs in Norfolk, he makes the case that Government investment in Broadband will pay for itself “many times over.”

George said “successive governments have neglected Norfolk’s economic potential. With investment in communications infrastructure, the Norfolk economy can flourish. Now that the A11 is being dualled we need to get Broadband sorted.

The government have put £1 billion aside to fund rural broadband. I hope that the County Council’s Business Case will demonstrate the potential return of this investment in Norfolk.”
