MP visits Norfolk Special Needs School

Chapel Road Special Needs school in Attleborough welcomed local Mid Norfolk MP George Freeman to their end of term Christmas service and prize-giving on Friday.

Mr Freeman, pictured here handing out prizes to some of the pupils, joined Pupils, Parents, Governors and Staff at the special needs school for an hour and half service of carols, prayers and prizes.

"The positive energy, care and sense of community at Chapel Road school is an inspiration to us all, and a credit to the extra-ordinary commitment of staff, especially Karin the head.

"I was delighted to be back at the school after visiting a year ago, and glad that the children were interested to hear about the workings of Parliament, the election, and my campaign "It Starts Here' for a better politics.

"I will be working with the school in 2011 to explore some new ways to help unlock additional community resource and support for the brilliant work they do."
