We are so lucky to have the Mid Norfolk Railway here in our part of Nelson’s County. It is a real tourist asset and a source of joy for so many.

So I was delighted to sit in on a Zoom meeting today to hear the latest developments in the MNR’s bid to secure more funding to improve the Railway station at Wymondham in the near future.

The station is such an important asset to Wymondham and, in time, could be a great connection for the Wymondham-Dereham line link up with the main Norwich Cambridge line.

Rest assured, I’ll continue to do all I can to support this wonderful Norfolk attraction. I am so looking forward to visiting the MNR again in the summer when it is safe to do so.
