Our courses start in Dereham, Watton and Thetford from September, excluding half term week.
This course is FREE to participants, all we ask is that they are able to commit to attend each of the sessions, as they are all interlinked and this will enable them to gain all the tools and skills, so they are able to get the most benefit out of the course.
Participants will need to contact us to book their place on the course and numbers are limited. A place can be booked by emailing admin@myconfidence.co.uk, through our website www.myconfidence.co.uk or by telephoning either Leigh on 07572 654808 or Jo on 0777 6001191.
We will also be starting Choir of Hope (Happiness, Optimism, Positivity & Energy) to provide further support for Clients of both Daisy Programme and My Confidence but for any ladies who are lacking in self-confidence or self-esteem are able to come along to this. It will be held on a Wednesday from 10.15-12.00, starting on the 13th September 2017.
