To create a sustainable rural economy we need to support local businesses and encourage our young people to both live and work in Norfolk. When I set up the Norfolk Way in 2007, it was to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs, and prove that prosperity does not have to come at the cost of our rural heritage. Our most recent scheme with Wymondham High looks to bring together school leavers and local business leaders in order to discuss the mutual benefit of providing occasional, one-off or part-time jobs with zero bureaucracy.
