Crib – Love Dereham

The loss of a loved one is one of the most painful experiences that anyone can go through.

That’s why, as part of my ongoing work to highlight the excellent work being done by local charities and community groups in and around Mid Norfolk, I am pleased to raise the profile of Crib (Caring Relatives in Bereavement) – a wonderful support group organised by the Love Dereham charity, who seek to catalyse community action, foster cooperation, support those in need and show love to the people of Dereham.

Crib gives those suffering with loss the opportunity to meet up and chat with other people that are going through or have been through their own journey of bereavement. Sharing a cuppa, the group has offered support to dozens of local people and continues to do important work.

The group usually meet on the first Wednesday each month between 7.00-9.00pm at the Dereham Baptist Church. Anyone affected by bereavement is welcome to come along.
