Utilizing evolving technology and increasing the attraction of our rural market towns is vital to help our local communities thrive.

That’s why I am very pleased to welcome a virtual walk-through-time heritage trail here in Wymondham.

In this project, South Norfolk Council has created an augmented reality app to showcase important events in the town from 1549 to 1615 to attract more visitors to the town, boosting local business and showing how we can all reap the benefits of this new technology.
