Attleborough Primary School Visit

As part of my role as the Mid Norfolk MP, I try to regularly visit local schools in the constituency so as to hear directly from teachers, pupils and parents.

That’s why I was delighted to join Attleborough Primary School last week for a short lesson on what they are learning this term. Their enthusiasm is so lovely to behold.

Last term, their Fox class had been learning about deforestation and urban development which prompted them to send me some lovely letters on what they thought the current government should be doing to change the way we live our lives – from having more open green spaces and less housing, to recycling and picking up our rubbish.

Mrs Long, the Head teacher, then took me around the school to see what improvements have been made since my last visit. From light airy classrooms to the outside play area, it’s great to see a small school flourishing as a wonderful place for the children’s education.
