Every time I visit Rocklands, I am struck by the brilliant community spirit that lies at its heart. Whether you are at the school, community shop, pub or churches, Rocklands vibrancy is clear for all to see.

That’s why I am delighted to see that, having held a series of events throughout the year and applied for grants from the likes of the National Lottery, villagers were able to raise a whopping £29,827 for improvements to the village play area!

These funds have allowed them to update existing, as well as invest in new, play equipment – breathing fresh life into the play area and ensuring that children will be able to enjoy themselves there for years to come.
