UEA Parliamentary Research Placement

11th October 2017

Education is central to ensuring that our youngsters are equipped with the skills they need to go on and achieve success in the world of work – whichever field or sector they choose to pursue.

That’s why I have always championed Education, creating the first ever Norfolk Innovation Awards, putting my desire for an Education and Skills passport for every young person at the centre of my 2017 manifesto and offering a number of work experience opportunities in both my parliamentary and constituency offices.

I was thrilled to be asked to work with Henry, a UEA student studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and I very much look forward to working with him over the coming months as he undertakes to complete a non-partisan report on attitudes in Mid Norfolk towards the potential shape of our future Brexit deal.

If you might be interested in being interviewed by Henry, or in completing a questionnaire, as part of his research, please do send your details to george.freeman.mp@parliament.uk
