New Business Centre

11th October 2018

I am delighted to hear the news that work has finally begun on a £1 million business centre on the site beside Breckland Council’s Elizabeth House in Dereham.

The project will bring a considerable number of jobs and new businesses to the town – and I understand that several companies have already expressed an interest with the developer to base themselves there.

Now we need to press on and get the Dereham Town Plan sorted, so that we get the transport infrastructure, green spaces and facilities right – and, having launched the Dereham Town Plan Task Force with Dereham Town Council last year, I am committed to continuing to help support them get a Plan in place that clearly sets out how the town needs to grow over the next fifteen to twenty years.
