I am delighted to hear that South Norfolk Council has retained the platinum ‘Investors in People’ award it won last year.

The accreditation is internationally recognised and praises South Norfolk for its practice when supporting and managing people within the district – acknowledging that the Council has a consistently high level of leading, supporting and improving across a number of management areas.

South Norfolk is the first council in our region, and only the second in the entire country, to win the award, and its success here reflects the fact that it is one of the highest performing councils in the UK.
