The Mid Norfolk Railway holds special importance to so many from our part of Norfolk, and beyond. I think there is a little bit of “child” in us all that loved to watch a steam train rattle through the countryside in days gone by.

That’s why I was delighted to hear more about the recently located Signal Box and subsequent works that will ensure we can see this spectacle again. From fitting Sole Plates and Lever Frames to painting and repairing the roof, volunteers have worked tirelessly to accomplish all of this.
