Christmas Card Competition Winners

Once again, there were a lot of entries of an extremely high standard to my annual Mid Norfolk Christmas Card competition this year.

Children from primary schools across the constituency took part and I am delighted to announce this year’s winner is Henry Rule (aged 5) from Wicklewood Primary School – with his design “Father Christmas delivering presents to George’s House”.

Chosen by independent artist Fiona Laird (my wife!), Henry has won a £20 book token to be redeemed at Wymondham’s Kett’s Books.

As ever, Fiona and I loved seeing all of hard work put in by the children. We look forward to the competition each year. We have therefore chosen two “Highly Commended” entries too – each winning a £10 book token.

This year’s “Highly Commended” entries were by Olivia Clark (aged 9) from Hingham Primary School and Cassie Waterman (aged 10) from Spooner Row Primary School.

Well done to all the children who entered this year. I look forward to running the competition again in 2022.
