Nurture by Nature Forest School CIC

Nurture by Nature offers regular forest school sessions reconnecting people with nature. We offer a range of packages including family Learning events, activity Days, specialising in working with children who find it hard to engage in a classroom environment. Working with schools, local authorities and charities we are engaging children in new, exciting educational programmes. Under the guidance of a team of experienced instructors, with a dedicated set of skills to suit the needs of the clients, children are assured a safe, challenging, fulfilling experience they will forever cherish.
 
Running both group courses and one to one support, with young people whom may be challenged by mainstream classroom education; Our sessions provide a fresh opportunity for people to put themselves back on a rewarding path of their own choosing. The courses are designed to create a therapeutic environment that embraces self-discipline and self-motivation through a foundational study of natural history the wilderness and independent living skills. Thriving by team work, communication, listening and sharing, they will have the chance to develop essential life-skills while studying the fascinating subject of the natural world. Activities include: Bush craft, green woodworking tree & plant identification and usage, camp craft skills, woodland management - ancient coppice tradition, art and craft, archery, and a lots more!
