Litcham School

The engagement of our youngsters in politics (local and national) is incredibly important, especially at a time when we are talking so much about the future of our country.

I was, therefore, delighted to visit Litcham School this past Friday – to speak with their Student Council and a group of Year 8 pupils.

After speaking a bit about my role as their MP, I answered questions on a whole range of topics, including Brexit, local planning, employment and industry, and education. I was impressed by the pupils’ eagerness to interact and share their thoughts and look forward to visiting the school again in the future.

If you are a teacher or staff member at a Mid Norfolk school, and interested in having me come along to speak with students, please do get in touch.
