Councillor Awards

29th September 2017

Pressure is growing on our Public Services and Local Councils as the population ages and as finances become tighter.

That’s why I was really pleased to see that John Fuller, leader of South Norfolk Council has been nominated for “Leader of the Year” in the November Councillor Awards for his innovative approach to problem solving and new ways of working.

Here is a link to the award categories:  http://www.lgiu.org.uk/project/lgiu-cllr-awards-2017/

We all wish him well and we will know the results in a few weeks’ time!
