Chamber of Commerce MP’s Event 2018

5th February 2018

Having run a small business before becoming an MP, and having previously been a Business Minister, one of my central missions has always been supporting the hard-working entrepreneurs who really provide the lifeblood of our country’s economy.

I was, therefore, delighted to speak at this year’s Norfolk Chamber of Commerce MP’s Event this past Friday (2nd February 2018).

It was a great opportunity to engage with over 150 local businesses, both big and small, and to debate the key issues affecting businesses here in Norfolk; including improvements to infrastructure and the A47, as well as the skills gap and visibility.

I very much look forward to following up on the issues discussed, and continuing to support the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce in the coming weeks and months ahead.
